We make ice cream the old fashioned way, on the premises by hand.
We take locally produced cream and combine it with the best ingredients we can find from around the world like pure vanilla extract from Tahiti (the most exclusive and expensive vanilla in the world) or cocoa powder from France. Then we churn and freeze the mixture in small batches, checking and tasting each one and package it ready for the next day's customers.
We also strive to ensure our products are real and natural. All our fruit ice creams, sorbets and sherbets use real fruit; the coffee extract in our Coffee Bean Crunch is brewed locally and our fresh nuts are roasted to our specifications.
While many of our products may be familiar our homemade approach allows us to craft some unique flavors. For example, Nutella is a chocolate hazelnut spread and a staple in many households in europe - they spread it on toast and crepes. We make a deliciously rich ice cream using this raw ingredient and we are the only creamery in the US to be licensed by the manufacturer to make and sell this ice cream. |
